Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the artwork to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the art in its original protective internal padding and shipping box to ensure the canvas or frame is not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our gallery team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your new replacement piece within 5-7 business days.
