The Manhattan Above-Fireplace TV Wall Mount lets you install your TV above the mantel of your fireplace and lower it for a better view when you want. The 27″ height adjustment means you can always find the right position to watch TV, and the mount’s gas spring lets you raise and lower the mount with a light touch. The included T-shape hex key lets you adjust the tension for your heavier or lighter TV. This mount also offers tilt (15 degrees up and down) and swivel (18 degrees left and right) adjustments to perfectly align it with your line of sight. Adhering to VESA standards, offering bolt locations at a maximum of 24″ wide and 16″ high, and able to hold up to 77 lbs., this Fireplace TV Mount ensures the hearth of your home is, even more, the vital center of your life.
