Dual Link Dvi Cable (3ft – 50ft)
Let’s Get Digital
Digital Visual Interface (DVI) debuted in 1999 as an industry standard for the new wave of digital video signals and it continues to be fairly common today. It is most often found on desktop PC computers and monitors although it can be found on flat panel televisions, projectors, and other devices. There are several versions of DVI available now including DVI-D (digital), DVI-A (analog), and DVI-I (integrated). Single-link and dual-link cords can be found. Dual-link cables are capable of faster refresh rates and greater resolutions. DVI is a video-only signal and will not transmit audio.
Heavy Duty DVI
FireFold’s DVID-BLK is a DVI-D 24-pin male to male dual-link cable. This cord features 28 AWG twisted copper conductors and gold-plated contacts for high-quality signal transmission and lasting corrosion resistance. The thick jacket and molded strain-relief heads give it a leg up over the competition when it comes to reliability and durability as well. To make the most secure connection possible even in the tightest of spaces, these cables also include threaded locking screws with a textured grip for easy installation.
With a maximum resolution of 2560×1600, this cable can support some of the most advanced displays on the market. By using a simple adapter, this DVI cable can be converted for use with HDMI-enabled televisions as well. Ferrite beads on either end of the cord help filter out electromagnetic and radio frequency interference, reducing noise and increasing signal purity for only the best picture quality. It is capable of transmission rates of up to 9.9Gbps, and it is compatible with both PC and Mac computers. This professional-grade cable is backed by FireFold’s signature lifetime warranty.
