As the name implies, they are shaped like a mushroom or T to allow you to drape and loop cables without worrying they may slip off. These spools are generally screwed straight into a stud, board, or rack. This product does not include a screw, but it does have a through-hole to allow you to use the screw of your choice. This particular type of spool allows you to route, direct, and steer cross-connections, wires, and patch cables to and from a block.
